About Us

I starting working in the feed industry back in 1987 working in a small mill in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. My father had been selling feed for the mill and I grew a love for agriculture and the drive to help farmers feed American families. I attended the Penn State University and apon graduation I worked for an another Ag company working as an animal nutritrionist. I was promoted to a Territory Sales Manager in Western PA for their Seed divsion bringing both the feed and seed together to farmers in the area. 
We still try to bring that very philosphy to our clients today. As we realize what happens in the field imacts the animals diet greatly! So in 2002 I started Donald Fair Nutritional Consulting Inc. Our goal is simple,  maximize our clients bottom line! We do this by "Serving YOU the Famrer, With Integrity!"
